Nope! And let us be the first to warn you about 'cheap' photo booths that lurk in the corners of Google. OK, we're being dramatic, but seriously, please be careful (for your own sake) about who you book for your event. Extra 'hidden' charges, attendants on their phones the whole time, gear stops working, company arrives late, these are just a few of the sad stories we've heard from people. We have done everything in our power to make our photo booth experience and our prices WORTH your investment, and we think you'll agree with us if we work together!

What is your booking fee?

A non-refundable booking of no less than 50% towards your balance is due immediately in order to reserve your event. This is applied toward your total payment. The remaining balance will be due no less than 2 weeks prior to the event date.

       * Discounted packages payment must be made in Full.

How much space is required?

We have more than one booth and they all have different foot prints. The more space you can allot for us the better. Our smallest footprint is 6x10' and our largest is 10x20' Additionally, we require one table (for props) and 2 chairs (for the booth attendants) from the Venue.

What is the "Service Time"?

The service time is the duration that we will be open and operational to your guests. For example, if you book us from 2pm-6pm then that is what you receive. We usually spend 90 minutes setting up and 45 minutes breaking down. So in the above example, we would arrive at 12:30PM and depart around 6:45PM to allow us to operate from 2PM-6PM.

How much power is required?

The photo booth must be located within 50 feet (along a wall) of a standard 110V, 10 Amp, 3-Prong electrical outlet. The circuit containing the outlet must be free of any other loads.

What if I have to change my event's date?

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new service contract.

What if I must cancel my event?

Cancellations occurring less than thirty (30) days prior to the event shall forfeit all payments made.

Can the booth remain idle?

Idle hours, such as if there is a meal or speech leaving the booth unused, can be arranged with the client for an additional cost. During "idle hours" the service time you purchased is paused.

Are there any fuel charges?

There are no additional fees for any event that is within a 20 mile drive from 27587. Traveling 21-75 miles will cost a nominal fee of $50. For venues located more than 75 miles away, please contact us.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit, Debit, and Paypal are accepted.

What does "Unlimited Prints" mean?

Our definition of Unlimited prints is that if 4 people enter the booth, then we print a photo for each of the 4 people in the booth. If there is no line, then we will be happy to print 1 or 2 extra prints so you can send that special moment to Grandma. If there isn't time, then all of your photos will be available on posenshare.com to download  from our Gallery after your event.

Can I provide my own scrapbook?

Yes, however you will also need to supply scissors, pens and adhesive. If you provide your own scrapbook our attendants take no responsibility for creation of the book. We only provide this service if you pay for the scrapbook upgrade or if it is included in one of your package deals.

What is the standard number of hours for renting the photo booth?

Typically 3 to 5 hours, however we can provide our services for any length of time you’d like. The minimum amount of time is 3 hours.

Does the photo booth print photos on the spot like the ones in the mall or the fair?

Yes, however much higher quality, much faster and with multiple graphic options to choose from. Also, every photo that comes from one of our booths is WATERPROOF!!!! The photo strips are 2in x 6in in size once they are printed.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make sure my guests take full advantage of the photo booth?

Based on the event, we would suggest you let your guests know where the booth is located and that it is available to them at no cost. Easy and creative ways to do this are:
-Provide a note at the place setting.
-Be sure to remind all your guests to use the photo booth and to leave you a message next to their picture within the scrapbook.
-MC or DJ announcements.
